Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the transport industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, route planning, and dispatching.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with drivers and clients.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with the Pretoria, Gauteng area and surrounding road networks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
