In this hands-on role, you’ll optimize delivery routes, support inventory movements, and collaborate with sales and warehousing teams to enable on-time order fulfillment and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries and pickups for the company fleet.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage communication with drivers, providing route information and addressing any on-road issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, and inventory movements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
