Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of the distribution center, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with transportation carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or potential shortages.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Process shipping documentation and update order statuses.
• Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support in training new warehouse staff on logistics procedures.
