About the Role

This position requires a blend of organizational skills for managing dispatch and inventory, coupled with the practical ability to perform deliveries. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, from coordinating schedules to personally ensuring items reach their destination. This role offers a dynamic work environment for someone who enjoys multifaceted responsibilities and is adept at managing both administrative and hands-on tasks, supporting the efficient operations of the Centurion branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, optimizing routes for efficiency.


• Manage inventory records and assist with stocktaking as needed.


• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers, ensuring safe and timely delivery.


• Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in the office and the delivery vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Code 10 preferred) and a clean driving record.


• Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar coordination role.


• Familiarity with Centurion and surrounding delivery areas.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
