Job summary

Mustek Limited is seeking a Clerk in Logistics to handle stock release and front counter customer service with a friendly, professional approach. The role involves efficient stock checks, courier preparation, and accurate order handovers to clients.

You will greet customers, assist with deliveries and inquiries, and maintain orderly stock areas while upholding Mustek’s service standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 2 years’ clerical/dispatch/stock control experience.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately check all stock received in the Logistics Department.
• Assist with offloading of courier deliveries, checking all boxes for damage and endorsing waybill accordingly.
• Accurate shelving of stock in the correct locations for collection or delivery.
• Complete the checking and shelving of stock within two hours from receipt.
• Ensuring that stock is handled safely to avoid damage.
• Prepare goods for couriers and capture the waybill information in time for the daily collection.
• Check goods with client on collection to ensure correct and complete order is handed over.
• Maintain good housekeeping at all times.
• Assist Drivers with deliveries when required.
• Assist clients with heavy goods (e.g. loading into vehicles).
