Mustek Limited is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support stock control, order fulfilment and front counter service. The role emphasizes accurate stock checks, safe handling of goods, customer interaction, and collaboration with drivers and sales staff. A Matric and 2 years of clerical/dispatch experience are required.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring correct orders, efficient stock movement, and excellent customer care at the front counter.

Mansioni

• Check stock received in Logistics accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with offloading courier deliveries and endorse waybill for damages.
• Shelve stock in correct locations and complete shelving within two hours of receipt.
• Prepare goods for couriers and capture waybill information for daily collection.
• Check goods with client on collection to ensure correct and complete order.
• Assist drivers with deliveries when necessary.
• Greet customers at front counter and answer questions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Inform clients of progress on deliveries or collections and resolve issues promptly.
• Verify client identity and ensure correct order handover on collection.
