You will lead a team of logistics professionals and drivers, drive data-driven decisions, ensure compliance, and optimize routes, maintenance, and fleet utilization to support rapid growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in logistics and fleet management, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing large fleets and optimizing last-mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and WMS.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze trends and implement solutions.
