Responsibilities

• Assist in lodge operations across accommodation, F&B, and guest activities.

• Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment with relevant departments.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to boost occupancy.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost control.
• Ensure rooms and communal areas are clean and well presented.
• Support recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and finances.
• Liaise with suppliers and external partners for seamless operations.
