Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a dynamic Safari Lodge Operations professional to lead diverse lodge departments. The role requires a positive, energetic attitude, strong leadership, excellent people skills, and fluency in English.

You will coordinate across departments, manage guest services, and uphold standards of wildlife conservation and sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will bring experience in safari lodge operations, solid computer skills (Excel, Res-request, Sage POS),

• Excellent Computer Skills (Windows, Office, especially Excel, Res-request, and Sage POS)

• Knowledge of wildlife conservation and sustainable practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage and service
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• 5 years’ experience at a similar Safari Lodge Operation position will be highly advantageous, and a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Valid Driver's License
