Job summary

Smith+Naphew in Cape Town seeks an Inventory and Loan Set Coordinator. The role covers loan set and inventory management, kit preparation, filling, maintenance, washing, checking, and inventory ordering to meet customer needs.

You will also handle reverse logistics, returns checking on the computer system, and ensure safety stock levels. A Matric and a Supply Degree or Diploma are required, with a hybrid working model in place.

What will you be doing?

The role is responsible for all functions related to Loan set/Inventory management. This involves kit preparation, kit filling, kit maintenance, washing of instrumentation, checking of instrumentation, ordering of inventory for loan set requirements, as well as reverse logistics and ensuring physical checking of all returns and updating on the computer system.

What will you need to be successful?

• Ensure that loan sets are complete and correct for customer delivery.
