Smith Nephew is seeking a Loan Set/Inventory Coordinator to manage kit preparation, washing, and instrument checks. You will handle inventory orders for loan sets, ensure returns are processed, and maintain accurate records in the system.

The role requires a Matric qualification and a Supply Degree or Diploma, with a hybrid working model and opportunities to contribute to a global healthcare leader focused on innovation and patient care.

What will you be doing?

The role is responsible for all functions related to Loan set/Inventory management. This involves kit preparation, kit filling, kit maintenance, washing of instrumentation, checking of instrumentation, ordering of inventory for loan set requirements, as well as reverse logistics and ensuring physical checking of all returns and updating on the computer system.

What will you need to be successful?

• Ensure that loan sets are complete and correct for customer delivery.
• Ensure that deliveries/returns take place on schedule.
• Inspect all items to ensure that they are in working condition.
• Ensure that Safety Stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure that kits are replenished timeously

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Matric Qualification
