Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced maintenance manager for a game reserve. The role requires a minimum of five years in a managerial/assistant managerial capacity within a maintenance department, ideally on a game reserve or large farming operation.

A Code 8 driver’s license and RSA ID are mandatory, with multiple safety certifications preferred. Live-in accommodation is provided, along with a 5% provident fund contribution and medical aid support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' managerial or assistant managerial experience in a maintenance department on a game reserve or large-scale farming operation.
• Valid RSA Driver’s Licence (Code 8) and RSA ID.
• First Aid Level 3, firefighting training, and Health and Safety training.
• Education/training in electrical systems, plumbing, or boiler making; electrical fencing is advantageous.
• Clear, contactable professional references.
