About the Role

You will be responsible for managing cases from inception through to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing for and attending court hearings, and engaging in discovery processes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, from initial client consultation to case settlement or trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.

• Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
• Engage in discovery processes, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
