You will conduct research, draft memoranda, handle client interviews, and participate in negotiations and court appearances. A strong command of civil procedure and e-discovery tools is essential, with a commitment to quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will work closely with senior litigators, contributing to case strategy, conducting research, and representing clients effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Interview clients and witnesses, and prepare them for depositions and testimony.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary and appropriate.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and evidence.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research software and e-discovery tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
