Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in CRM, lifecycle or digital campaign management (B2C preferred).
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS & WhatsApp).
• Proficient with CRM or marketing automation platforms; strong data skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns to boost engagement, retention and revenue.
• Own tactical planning and execution across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Collaborate with content, design and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Brief design and copywriting teams for assets.
• Analyze campaign performance using CRM tools and analytics; optimize based on results.
• Identify customer segmentation strategies for personalized communications.
• Conduct A/B testing on formats, timing, frequency and offers.
• Monitor delivery and compliance across channels (SMS/WhatsApp).
• Stay current on lifecycle marketing best practices and martech trends.
