Qualifications

• 3 years in Business Operations.
• Data analytics using Power BI or MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process offer restructures, settlement requests and rebates.
• Efficiently resolve customer offer queries.
• Monitor and ensure system hygiene.
• Investigate system issues and track until resolution.
• Support Partner Qlikview reporting.
• Liaise closely with Partner Operations teams.
• Work closely with test team to test and approve new functionality before production.
