Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Degree in BSc IT/IS, CS, BCom IS, BBusSc or related is required.
• 3 years of experience in a similar environment; 1–2 years as a Business Analyst II.
• Experience in solution viability assessments and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and document business requirements for product processes and systems.
• Participate in conceptualization, design and planning of projects.
• Develop budgeting aligned to operational delivery plans and monitor variances.
• Build collaborative relationships across teams and the Group.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and audits.
