Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Leisure Facility Manager for our client in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will oversee daily operations of sports facilities, manage staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through service excellence.

The role requires at least 5 years in leisure facility management, strong leadership, budgeting experience, and excellent communication. A tertiary qualification in Hospitality or related field is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in leisure facility management or related field.
• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in facility management software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of all leisure facilities, including sports courts, swimming pools, gyms, and communal areas.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize facility usage and revenue.
• Manage and lead a team of facility staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
• Budget management, including forecasting expenses and monitoring expenditures for the facilities.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement and manage maintenance schedules for all facility equipment and infrastructure.
