Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of diverse leisure programs and activities.
• Manage front-desk operations, including membership sales, inquiries, and customer support.
• Supervise and schedule leisure centre staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all centre facilities and equipment.
• Organize and promote special events and community outreach initiatives.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
