Placements24 is seeking a diligent Legal Officer to join its in-house legal department in Mahikeng, North West. The role requires handling contracts, compliance, and day-to-day legal support across business units.

You will draft and review commercial agreements, advise on employment and corporate governance, and liaise with external counsel as needed. On-site, full-time position with growth opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent.
• Admitted Attorney or Advocate with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of South African corporate law, employment law, and general commercial principles.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.

About the Role

Our client, a leading industrial group with a strong presence in Mahikeng, North West , is seeking a diligent and versatile Legal Officer to join their in-house legal department. This role requires a broad understanding of various legal areas, including contract law, corporate law, and employment law, to support the company's diverse operations.
