The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation skills, with 4–6 years PQE, and be admitted as an attorney in SA.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as required. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations within South Africa. Support internal stakeholders by providing clear, practical, and timely legal guidance.

Requirements

Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
