Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial contract law, preferably in-house or at a firm with a strong commercial practice.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
• Solid understanding of South African contract law and commercial principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with business teams.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and work effectively under supervision.
