Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters under supervision of senior lawyers.
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents.
• Engage in discovery processes, including document review and witness preparation.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations as assigned.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Requirements
