Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case assessments and memorandums.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings.


• Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials, working closely with senior litigators.


• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, maintaining professionalism at all times.


• Support the development of case strategies and provide analytical input throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Requirements
