Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and alternative dispute resolution methods.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the legal process.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation .
• Demonstrated success in managing complex litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure, evidence law, and relevant commercial statutes.
• Excellent advocacy , negotiation, and drafting skills.
