Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Inclusive Education or closely related field.
• Qualified to teach Inclusive Education and Theory of Education.
• Experience teaching Inclusive Education at undergraduate level preferred.
• Two years’ lecturing at tertiary level or five years’ teaching at school level.
• Strong competence in pedagogy of Inclusive Education and assessment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Teach Inclusive Education and Theory of Education in the Intermediate Phase and Foundation Phase.
• Contribute to curriculum development and learning materials.
• Supervise students on teaching practice.
• Engage in research and supervision activities.
• Assist with academic administration and quality assurance.
• Support multilingual learning and student mentoring.
• Collaborate with schools and networks.
• Align teaching with hybrid (face-to-face and online) models.
