Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites motivated professionals to join our team as lecturers. The role focuses on delivering courses, supporting students, and contributing to academic development across modules.

Online or in-person teaching will be required, with regular consultations and assessments. The ideal candidate will have B.Ed qualifications (Hons in ECD or Foundation Phase) and 1–3 years of lecturing experience, plus a solid grasp of SA higher education

Qualifications

• B.Ed Hons in Early childhood development and learning is required.
• B.Ed in Foundation Phase is required.
• 1–3 years lecturing/tutoring experience.
• Solid understanding of the South African Further Education and Higher Education environment.
• Knowledge of Teaching–Learning theory.
• Experience with assessment methods and processes.
• Ability to provide student support services.

Responsibilities

• Present content in a classroom environment (online or physical).
• Arrange consultations with students.
• Analyze results at modular level.
• Mark assessments and provide feedback.
• Employ interventions for at-risk students.
