• Qualification in education and training
• Qualified to lecture subjects in the relevant programme
• Experience in Blended learning, i.e. innovative teaching practices with the use of educational technology
• Valid SACE registration and certificate
• Proven computer training in MS Office
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for lecturing in the following subjects and/or any other subjects as required:
  • Financial Management – Farming N5-N6
• Facilitation is also required in Occupational Certificate-driven programmes
• WPBL: Participate in Workplace exposure relevant to the programmes

Recommendations

• Certified as an Assessor
• Certified as a Moderator
• Knowledge of QCTO qualifications or QCTO experience
• TVET sector teaching experience
• Workplace/ Industry experience
