Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Associate Manager, Academy Operations in Cape Town to own the learning content pipeline—from intake and feasibility to roadmap and delivery—while the team migrates to a new LMS and AI-first authoring workflows.

You will lead the PXA content roadmap, coordinate migration and rebrand, and run the end-to-end production process with an operations team, ensuring on-time, high-quality outputs and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in education, enablement, or learning operations, including at least a year leading people.
• Strong project and programme management with Jira and Asana.
• Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within Customer Education or Enablement.
• Stakeholder management across marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Understanding instructional design and LMS architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the PXA content roadmap with priority logic and capacity assumptions.
• Lead migration to a new LMS and content rebrand.
• Be the front door for content requests via Jira/Asana.
• Run production pipeline end-to-end and unblock stages.
• Lead and develop the operations team, including interns.
• Drive AI and automation to improve throughput and on-time delivery.
