Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Education or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience managing LMS or similar online platforms.
• Proven experience with platform strategy and UX optimization.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning tech, web development, and data analytics.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in remote teams is advantageous.
