Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Associate Manager, Academy Operations, to own the learning content system from intake through delivery. You will drive roadmap decisions, coordinate a major LMS migration and content rebrand, and manage requests via Jira and Asana while safeguarding team focus and delivery quality.

You will lead and develop an operations team, including interns, and push AI-driven efficiency improvements with clear OKR tracking and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in education, enablement, or learning operations, including at least a year leading people.
• Strong project and programme management experience, with hands-on Jira and Asana proficiency.
• Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within Customer Education, Academy, or Enablement.
• Confidence managing stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
• A working understanding of instructional design, LMS architecture, and content production.

Responsibilities

• Own the PXA content roadmap as a single source of truth, with visible prioritisation logic and capacity assumptions surfaced to leadership.
• Lead the migration and rebrand programme, coordinating the move to a new LMS and authoring stack alongside a full content rebrand.
• Be the front door for content requests across Jira and Asana, assessing feasibility and deciding what gets delivered, descoped, or deferred.
• Run the production pipeline end-to-end, tracking scripts, storyboards, edits, and builds, and ensuring QA gates are met.
