Moonspin is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Vereeniging to drive employee growth, identify training needs and design impactful programs. The role combines on-site engagement with remote work to support both individual career progression and organizational goals.

Collaborating across departments, you will deliver blended learning solutions, measure outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous development. A strong background in instructional design and adult learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development, corporate training or instructional design.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design, develop and implement learning programs, workshops and e-learning modules.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually with engaging delivery.
• Evaluate learning initiatives using feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to align L&D with business goals.
