Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses for strategic programmes using competency frameworks and stakeholder input.
• Design and develop blended and multi-modal learning interventions with key stakeholders.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and provide trusted advice with limited supervision.
• Deliver L&D workstreams for strategic firm projects, contributing to design, delivery, and project management.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and programme effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Share L&D expertise and maintain quality standards across the team.
• Provide informal guidance on operational excellence and the use of AI within L&D.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is essential.
• 8 years’ experience in the design and delivery of complex or multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Postgraduate qualification in learning and development, organisational development, or Human Resources is preferred.
• Legal or professional services experience is preferred.
• Experience in instructional design and developing complex blended learning programmes.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing actionable recommendations.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Knowledge of learning analytics, programme evaluation, and change management.
• Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to learning and development and the legal environment.
