Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of process analysis/improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct time and motion studies, value stream mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and ensure adoption.
• Measure and report on performance of improvements, tracking key metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation or technological enhancements in production.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
• Ensure processes adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new or modified processes.
