Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering with a focus on operations and process improvement.
• Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and simulation software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements.
• Develop and implement optimized work processes, material flow, and facility layouts.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to operational challenges.
• Collaborate with operations managers and frontline staff to implement process changes and ensure adoption.
• Design and manage pilot programs for new operational strategies and technologies.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems to track efficiency and progress.
