Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, concepts, practices and procedures.
• Understanding of basic electronics and physics.
• 2 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in process analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Creates, specifies and validates manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, cost and organizational goals.
• Identifies bottlenecks in equipment and process flow and proposes solutions.
• Works with engineering/R&D to address product design, troubleshooting and efficiency.
• Develops and implements process improvements to reduce waste and variability.
