Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on industrial engineering experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experience with process mapping, simulation, and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvements.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to reduce waste.
• Design and test new production procedures and workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and improve productivity and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Collaborate with production staff to train on new procedures and ensure smooth implementation.
