Job summary

Qualifications
- 5-8 years in Learning and Development with 4+ years in facilitation.
- Ability to design and deliver leadership development programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with LMS reporting and learning analytics.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure learning relevance and alignment.
- Design and develop L&D programs within timelines and resources.
- Deliver complex training, assess outcomes, and adapt methods for learners.
- Lead end-to-end leadership development initiatives and coaching.
- Use formal development framework to identify and address capability gaps.
- Prepare training data, analytics reports and actionable insights.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
