Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a wind turbine technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven experience with major wind turbine components (gearboxes, generators, control systems).
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software for wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of wind turbine maintenance technicians.
• Ensure maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting are performed safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and performance checks on wind turbines.
• Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance, including component replacements and repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of necessary components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on wind turbine systems.
