Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (extensive experience also acceptable).
• Strong remote troubleshooting and diagnostic skills required.
• Experience guiding field teams and providing remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical support for wind turbine maintenance and repair.
• Analyze turbine performance data and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using remote tools.
• Develop and refine SOPs for maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with on-site technicians and provide clear remote instructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
