Qualifications

• Certified tennis coach with a strong track record of player development.
• Experience using video analysis and virtual coaching platforms.
• Knowledge of modern tennis techniques and sports science.
• Excellent virtual communication and motivational skills.
• PTR/USPTA certifications and related degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online tennis coaching sessions for players of all levels using video analysis and interactive platforms.
• Develop customized training plans and drills tailored to individual goals and skill sets.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve technique, strategy, and fitness.
• Monitor player progress through remote assessments and regular performance reviews.
• Create engaging training content, including video tutorials and practice guides for the online academy.
• Collaborate with the technology team to optimize the coaching platform and user experience.
