Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive tennis training programs tailored to individual player needs and team goals.
• Provide expert on-court coaching, technical analysis, and tactical development for players.
• Identify and recruit talented players to the academy, managing their development pathways.
• Organize and accompany players to local, national, and potentially international tournaments.

Requirements
