You will lead and mentor staff, maintain strict hygiene, contribute to menu development, and optimize inventory while delivering consistent excellence for small and large gatherings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in catering/restaurant.
• Passion for food and strong culinary techniques.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
