Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in menu execution reflecting Mediterranean and SA influences across all service periods.
• Lead and mentor a brigade of chefs, upholding luxury dining standards and teamwork.
• Maintain uncompromising quality in taste, presentation and hygiene to meet international expectations.
• Oversee daily schedules, production flow, and kitchen organization to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Monitor inventory, manage ingredient usage, and support profitability targets.
• Provide training in techniques, kitchen discipline, and food safety compliance.
