Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on process automation, industrial equipment and bespoke engineered solutions. The role spans engineering design, project engineering, product development and technical support, ensuring solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and aligned with client requirements.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Service, Procurement, Quality and clients from concept through to manufacturing,

Qualifications

BEng or BSc in Mechatronics Engineering is required.
Strong multidisciplinary engineering experience across design, project engineering and technical solution development.
Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience leading an engineering department or multidisciplinary engineering team.
Experience with ISO-controlled environments and tenders/ costing considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across design, project engineering and support functions.
Review engineering designs for technical accuracy, safety, quality and lifecycle fitness.
Provide direction on complex client requirements and bespoke engineering solutions.
Ensure deliverables meet standards, manufacturability and cost targets.
Oversee New Product Development, product improvements and custom-engineered solutions.
Support Sales, Production, Service, Procurement and clients with senior engineering input.
