Placements24 is seeking a Lead Smart Contract Developer to architect, develop, and deploy secure, high-performance contracts for decentralized applications. You will lead a distributed team, set coding standards, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fully remote environment.

The role requires 5+ years in blockchain and smart contracts, with expertise in Solidity and related languages. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for success in a global team.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in software development, with 5+ years in blockchain/smart contracts.
• Expertise in Solidity and other smart contract languages (Vyper, Rust).
• Deep understanding of EVM and blockchain architectures.
• Leadership experience guiding development teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of complex smart contracts on leading platforms.
• Define architecture patterns and security best practices for smart contract development.
• Mentor and lead a team of smart contract developers toward excellence.
