You should have 5+ years in software with 3+ years in smart contracts, deep Solidity/EVM expertise, and a strong security mindset. Remote collaboration and leadership will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software development with at least 3 in smart contracts.
• Expertise in Solidity and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Strong DeFi knowledge and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Experience with testing and security optimization for contracts.
• Proven ability to work in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum-compatible platforms.
• Write thorough tests and maintainable contract code using Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
