Job summary

Network Contracting is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its technical team and own complex design and manufacturing projects while guiding engineers and technicians. You will lead engineering development from concept through delivery, including strength calculations, FEA/simulation, SolidWorks design, and manufacturing documentation, coordinating with procurement and vendors.

This role requires hands-on engineering expertise, strong leadership, and a track record in delivering engineered

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering degree and PrEng registration are mandatory.
6–8 years in a relevant engineering environment with leadership experience.
Strong background in mechanical design, project delivery and fabrication processes.
Experience mentoring engineers and technicians and coordinating with stakeholders.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and engineering calculation tools.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical oversight for design and manufacturing projects.
Lead engineering development, including strength calculations and vendor coordination.
Ensure quality, safety and project reporting, and mentor the team.
