Placements24 is seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant to spearhead operations in George. This senior role involves leading a team of recruitment consultants, shaping recruitment strategies, and expanding the client base across the Western Cape.

You will mentor and empower the team, drive business development to grow the client portfolio, ensure delivery of exceptional recruitment services, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards in a dynamic, coastal market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment consultancy experience with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment markets and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
