Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as Pr.QS is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement strategies and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents for commercial projects.
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims and final accounts.
